Paper submission: Three types of submissions are solicited: regular papers (limited to 6 double column pages), Work-in-Progress or Workshop Papers (limited to 4 double column pages), and Abstracts (limited to 2 single-column pages). Font must be no smaller than 10-points. Manuscripts must be submitted electronically in PDF format, according to the instructions included in the conference web site. Working language of the conference is English. Accepted papers will be published and indexed by IEEE Xplore. However, abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings. Each accepted paper/abstract must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. 10 Free Student Registrations: There will be 10 free student registrations based on paper quality.
